Fred Wolf has practiced law since 1963 and has served as solicitor for several municipalities and municipal authorities in Lebanon County for more than 30 years. Tom Harlan has also practiced in municipal law for over 30 years, and represents several municipalities and zoning hearing boards. Attorneys Wolf and Harlan are backed up by Marc Hess, who serves as a municipal solicitor and has over 18 years of experience. Municipal Law Counsel for Private Citizens
In municipalities that Henry & Beaver does not represent, we can serve the interests of individual homeowners and business owners. We are available to represent any of the property owners facing eminent domain condemnation for the railroad overpass through Lebanon. Our role is to ensure that clients receive fair market value for land and buildings and fair compensation for the loss, relocation or disruption of a business.
