R. Hart Beaver has been an attorney since 1963. He has served the public from both sides - as First Assistant District Attorney (1965-67) and as the Public Defender of Lebanon County (1968). Mr. Beaver is a member of the Lebanon County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. A graduate of the Temple University Law School, Mr. Beaver brings a unique background to the firm. Before entering law school, he received his M.A. from the Gettysburg Theological Seminary. He has combined his business law practice with the legal needs of not-for-profit organizations.

He has served many churches and community organizations including The Lutheran Theological Seminary at Gettysburg, Millcreek Lutheran Church, and the Eastern Lebanon County School District (as elected director and solicitor).
