Charles V. Henry III, a third generation attorney, has always been a leader in the legal profession. He was a member of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court Disciplinary Board from 1975 to 1982, and its chairman the last two years. He is a member of the American, Lebanon and Pennsylvania Bar Associations and has achieved the standing of Fellow Member in the American Bar Association. An attorney since 1959, Mr. Henry is a graduate of the Yale University and the Harvard Law School.
Born and raised in Lebanon, Mr. Henry also believes in serving the community. He has served on the boards of various community and civic organizations including the United Way, Lebanon County Historical Society, Music-at-Gretna, YMCA, Chamber of Commerce and the Boy Scouts of America.
Mr. Henry is on the Board of Directors of Fulton Financial Corporation and Lebanon Valley Farmers Bank.
